The lightweight electric Genie Z™-33/18 boom lift is highly maneuverable and well-suited to tasks on sensitive surfaces such as in airports, shopping centers and theaters where space is restricted, plus routine outdoor maintenance tasks. It was designed from the ground up to combine lightweight, compact dimensions with powerful low-consumption motors, shorter ground-to-top lifting time with the Genie Fast Mast™ boom lift system, plus improved ergonomic features and easy-to-access machine components to speed up troubleshooting and servicing.

The self-leveling platform of our Genie Z™-30 and Z-34 models rotates 90° to either side, while the jib boom moves 130° to 139° vertically, depending on the model. The 4 ft (1.22 m) jib moves horizontally 180° on rotating jib models for extra working range. Proportional controls allow you to control the speed of each function and make smooth, precise adjustments in tight areas.

Articulated boom lifts are essentially mechanical arms that help you reach those hard-to-reach areas. This type of aerial lift appears on construction sites, in work on overhead utilities, tree trimming, painting, window cleaning, pretty much anyplace where work is performed above ground level.

Of course, if you only need one of these machines for a single job, or maybe once or twice per year, the cost to buy and maintain this equipment is prohibitive. Luckily, you can rent an articulated boom lift for a fraction of the cost, and for whatever time period serves your needs. 

Articulated boom lifts come with different height capacities, ranging from 10 ft. to over 100 ft. Rental rates are based largely on the unit's reach, so determine your requirements before renting to ensure you don't pay for more machine than you need. 

Proportional lift and drive controls allow precise positioning of the boom lift and smooth drive performance. Compact design features a tight turning radius with zero tail-swing for easy maneuvering through narrow aisles and standard doors. 

Providing exceptional access by extending from a retracted length of 12 ft (3.7 m) to an extended length of 20 ft (6.1 m). This design includes 360˚ continuous rotation turntable, 160˚ platform rotation for fast, easy positioning and 110˚ vertical range of motion. This design still provides access to “up, over, and in” applications inaccessible by a traditional jib.
